Fall of Cybertron Grimlock
Class: Voyager
Price: $22 USD/$30 CDN
Available:  Now

This is an excellent toy in robot mode. He looks awesome and is well proportioned. His sword and shield combo is cool (although they could've just as easily given him a gun like his G1 self had too). His dino mode is cool but looks a bit weird head-on (too wide, basically). Another selling point is that his jaw opens and his head lights up in dino mode (batteries included!)

Verdict:  Good. A great modern update on the G1 character. Worth getting!

Prime Beast Hunters Shockwave
Class: Voyager
Price: $22 USD/$30 CDN
Available:  Now

This is just what we needed--a Voyager Shockwave! He looks fantastic in robot mode, even having an optional cable for his gun arm (which can be put back into his tank tread in tank mode). I do worry the cable might be a tad frail though. His cannon opens up to reveal what appears to be a non-firing missile (what was the point of that?) and his cannon can also spin (also kind of pointless, imo). His tank mode is an improvement over the Legends Commander toy but it's still a bit vague looking (which happens when it's an alien tank design instead a more traditional Earth-bound one). I had trouble getting the cannon totally straight in tank mode. I find the beast armor to be kind of...superfluous, I suppose. It's there but fortunately removable since the toy looks better without it frankly.

Verdict:  Good. Not perfect but still worth picking up.

Fall of Cybertron Starscream
Class: Deluxe
Price: $16
Available:  Now

While not the traditional G1 style of Starscream, the FOC Starscream toy is pretty solid overall (likely the best non-G1 iteration since Armada Starscream). The robot mode is cool and so is the jet fighter mode. I also like his dual gattling gun weapons. His transformation isn't too difficult and both modes are stable.

Verdict:  Excellent. A must buy!

Robots In Disguise Airachnid
Class: Deluxe/Revealer
Price: $16
Available:  Now

I heard this toy wasn't that good but it seems like a reasonably good representation of the character. The toy is...spindly in its size/appearance but I wasn't too bothered by that. Her hands are cheap looking but functional (so I can't complain too much). The chopper mode is pretty solid overall and looks cool (too bad they couldn't do her third mode but oh well. It's not that great looking overall anyway).

Verdict:  Good.

Robots In Disguise Vehicon
Class: Deluxe/Revealer
Price: $16
Available:  Now

There's not a lot to say about this toy. He's an excellent representation of the Vehicon trooper from Prime. The transformation is pretty easy and he looks pretty good overall. My only complaint really is his cheap looking hands (which are common in the Prime figures. Soundwave and Airachnid also have them). Between the RID and FE editions I'm not sure which is the better one--the RID one is easier to transform and actually, his hands are a bit better looking then the FE version's.

Verdict:  Good.

Fall of Cybertron Kickback
Class: Deluxe
Price: $16
Available:  Now

This is a cool looking toy--but that's where the praise must end. The robot mode is nice but the insect form looks like a mess (if you have to use your imagination to figure out what you're looking at then it's a fail). Also, I'm not sure if it's just my toy but the rear "shell" part won't stay together in the beast mode no matter what I try. Given it's problems, I'm surprised this toy is a bit on the rare side (short packed? Or perhaps people just love the robot mode's aesthetics?)

Verdict:  Pass. Not worth the money...

Fall of Cybertron Ultra Magnus
Class: Deluxe
Price: $16
Available:  Now

This is a recolor/remold of the FOC Optimus Prime toy. Honestly, I feel it fits Ultra Magnus better then Optimus. The head mold, color scheme  and extra sword make this iteration cooler (don't they know Magnus is supposed to have a hammer?!) I also liked the WFC Optimus Prime toy much better and feel like this was almost a downgrade for him while it's fine for Ultra Magnus (since he didn't have a pre-existing WFC toy). (I wouldn't have bothered buying this one--a second time for the same mold--but it was on sale at TRU so I figured why not? :)

Verdict:  Good. Definitely the version to get of the two.
